Abstract

The 2013 of Curriculum Assistance Training as a form of Government efforts to provide understanding in the implementation and implementation of the 2013 of curriculum so that teacher performance can lead to a better direction in achieving the goals set in an organization. In the mentoring process, teachers are trained, fostered and observed by a mentor in this case the Pekanbaru City Instructor in order to analyze the extent of understanding that can be absorbed by teachers in the implementation the 2013 of Curriculum after the training has been given. This study aims to determine the effect the 2013 of curriculum assistance training on teacher performance, because based on the phenomenon in the field there are still students living in classes and the average national graduation score is not optimal. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative method that can be measured by several dimensions of the two variables in this study, namely the 2013 curriculum assistance training as the X variable and Teacher Performance as the Y variable. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and the results of the study show : (1) The 2013 of Curriculum Mentoring Training at Junior High Schools 25 has shown an optimal number, because the total number of questionnaire scores from the indicators shows 2429 and ranges from 2143-2646 in the Good category. (2) Teachers' Performance in Junior High Schools 25 Pekanbaru City has shown an optimal number, because the total score of the questionnaire score from the indicator shows the number 2414 and ranges in the interval 2143-2646 with the Good category. (3) There is a significant influence of 0.472 or 47.2% the 2013 of Curriculum Mentoring Training on the Performance of Teachers in the Schools, the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other factors besides this 2013 of Curriculum Assistance Training.
