Abstract

Leadership Education or Training or often abbreviated as Pim Training is one type of education and training needed in the formation of civil servant performance for echelon IV structural positions. With the holding of this Pim Education and Training it is hoped that the government apparatus has increased ability and skills in carrying out their duties. Rokan Hulu Regency is one of the Regencies in Riau Province. Echelon IV officials within the Rokan Hulu Regency Government certainly have a very decisive role in planning the implementation of agency activities. The main objective of this research is to find out and analyze the Implementation of Level IV Leadership Training Education in Rokan Hulu Regency. This type of research uses an associative explanatory research approach that attempts to explain the causal relationship between variables (associative) through hypothesis testing with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The number of population and sample in this study is 42 people with the Head of BKPP as the informant key. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and statistical data analysis with the help of SPSS. This study concludes that the implementation of Level IV Leadership Education and Training influences the behavior of the state civil apparatus in Rokan Hulu Regency.
