Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of interactions and main doses of Azolla microphylla compost and organic NPK on the growth and yield of celery plants. The experimental design used in this study was a Factorial Complete Randomized Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the administration of Azolla microphylla (A) compost with 4 levels: 0, 30, 60, 90 g / plant and the second factor is the administration of organic NPK (N) with 4 levels: 0, 10.2, 16.2, 22, 2 g / plant. The parameters observed were plant height, harvest age, number of tillers, number of midribs, wet weight per plant, economic weight per plant, root volume, and shoot / root ratio (shoot-root ratio). Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with BNJ further tests at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of giving Azolla microphylla compost and organic NPK affected all observational parameters. The best treatment was at Azolla microphylla 90 g / plant compost and organic NPK 22.2 g / plant (A3N3). A2N3 treatment gives the best effect on economic weight per plant. The main factor of Azolla microphylla compost influences all observation parameters. The best treatment is at Azolla microphylla 90 g / plant (A3) compost. The main factor of organic NPK influences all observation parameters. The best treatment is at an organic NPK dose of 22.2 g / plant (N3).
