Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri One Pekanbaru City is an educational institution that is inseparable from the organizational culture that is directly related to values, norms, beliefs, traditions and unique ways of thinking in enhancing the ability to succeed employee performance, where the results of the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri One Pekanbaru City include teacher teaching activities, data collection reports financial, and accountability reports for school activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the Organizational Culture of the City of One City Aliyah Madrasah Pekanbaru City, as well as analyze and explain the performance of the employees of the City One City Aliyah Madrasah Pekanbaru. The research method using descriptive research type is the type of research that describes the variables studied, with this study using census sampling techniques with a sample size of 60 respondents and as many as 1 informant, using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of research related to Organizational Culture are known to be quite good. Organizational Culture includes Morning Briefing, Book, Crisp, Tracking, Idea, but it has not been widely applied by employees so that employee performance achievement has not been carried out properly and on time. achievement of employee performance, Performance of Pekanbaru City One Madrasah Aliyah Employees is known to be quite good but the results of employee performance have not provided success in employee performance evenly starting from teacher teaching activities, financial statement data collection, and accountability reports of school activities that should have achieved employee performance achievement by supervisors and evaluations. related to achieving employee performance results for the better.
