Abstract
Regional assets are all regional assets in the form of tangible and intangible goods. Regional assets as one of the important elements in the framework of the administration of government and services to the community. Management of regional property is part of the management of regional finances. This research is focused on looking at securing regional assets in the form of land owned by the Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. To maintain regional assets in the form of land owned by the Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency, it is necessary to certify it as an appropriate step to organize the regional assets owned by the Rokan Hulu Regency government. The main purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Regional Asset Security Policy by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Rokan Hulu Regency (Study of Safeguarding Land Assets in the Rokan Hulu Regency Regional Secretariat). The type of research used in this study is qualitative using descriptive surveys and triangulation techniques. There are 11 informants in this study with the Head of Assets as the key informant. Data collection techniques with interviews and descriptive data analysis through a qualitative approach. This study concludes that the Regional Asset Safeguard Policy by the Rokan Hulu Regency Financial and Asset Management Agency has not been maximized, needs to be improved and further enhanced, especially on Policy indicators, Resources that support the policy, the ability of actors and the strategies used.
