Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems, trust in accounting information systems, the ability of users of accounting information systems techniques and physical comfort on individual performance at the People's Credit Bank in Pekanbaru. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all Rural Banks in Pekanbaru 19 banks consisting of conventional and sharia rural banks, but in this study the researchers only conducted research on conventional rural banks totaling 14 rural banks for reasons of differences in financial principles, with each taking 3 employees in administration and finance as respondents. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study are for the variable Trust in Accounting Information Systems, Physical Comfort and Technical Capability of Accounting Information Systems Users does not affect individual performance in the Rural Credit Bank in Pekanbaru City. While the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems affect individual performance in rural banks in the city of Pekanbaru.
