Abstract

Children with special needs are children who significantly experience abnormalities/deviations (physical, mental, intellectual, social, emotional) in the growth process. their development compared to other children their age so they need special education. The reason why the writer did this research is that every child with special needs has the same rights in getting an education, but not all children with this specialization can get it in full and by Karen, in this study the author formulates the problem, namely how the form of services provided to children with special needs. Then the researchers used descriptive research methods, in active interpersonal communication the teacher took a series of approaches to the closest people to students to get information about the students' daily conditions. The passive pattern of the teacher makes observations when students are active both inside and outside the classroom to find out the extent of student development.
