Abstract

The land dispute is a difference of opinion regarding the validity of a right, the granting of rights, and the registration of land rights including their maintenance and evidence of their rights; between the parties concerned and between the parties concerned with agencies within the BPN, as Case Number 10 / PDT.G / 2015 / PN. BKN. Based on this the authors are interested in knowing how the position of the case and proof of ownership of land rights as well as the consideration of the panel of judges in dropping the case number 206 / PDT / 2015 / PT. PBR. This research is in the form of normative legal research or literature and is descriptive in nature, meaning that the writer tries to give a detailed description of the act against the law in decision number 206 / PDT / 2015 / PT.PBR in Bangkinang Sub-District, Kampar Regency, regarding the dispute over ownership of land rights. The data used in this study are secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal material. The results of the discussion in this study where the case began with a lawsuit from the plaintiff who owned a 25 hectare land located in the area of Sido III Makmur Village, Suka Mulya Village, Pasir Sialang Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency, upon the verdict, the defendant made efforts appeals and appeals can be accepted by the judge because in case No. 10 / pdt.G / 2015 / PN The lawsuit is unclear and vague and then there is no legal connection between the comparison and the comparison where the comparison is not a member of the farmer group, so with the facts the fact PT Pekanbaru judge tried to accept all appeals from all defendants and stated NO ((NIET ONTVANKELIJKE VERKLAARD) and canceled the Bangkinang District Court Decision on 8 October 2015 No 10 / pdt.G / 2015 / PN. BKkn.
