Abstract
The implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) service policy is carried out at the Pelalawan Regency Investment and One Stop Service Office. With the aim of seeing how the implementation of the Online Single Submission Policy is implemented and seeing what are the obstacles in the implementation of the Online Single Submission Policy at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services, Pelalawan Regency. This study uses quantitative descriptive, and the population in this study is the Head of the DPMPTSP Service, the Head of the General and Civil Service Subdivision, the Midwife for Licensing and Non-Licensing Services and the community who use OSS Services, in this study using Accidental Sampling and Purposive Sampling Techniques and the source of data carried out in this research is primary data and secondary data. Then the data collection techniques carried out are interviews, observations, and documentation on data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing researchers use descriptive methods, this research is also carried out based on existing regulations, namely government regulations Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services and strengthened by the Regent's Regulation Number 17 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronically Integrated Licensing and Non-licensing at the Investment Service and Integrated Services Sat u Door of Pelalawan Regency.
