Abstract
This study aims to determine, analyze and explain the implementation of the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling the installation of banners, billboards and billboards in Pekanbaru City. The indicators in this research are Tasks on Controlling, Tasks on Coordination, Tasks on Licensing. The type of research located in Pekanbaru City is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes a list of questionnaires as a data collection tool and the data collected with this method is then used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions from the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location being studied. The population used in this study was the Head of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit, Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit Members, Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Agency Head, and private companies and the people of Pekanbaru City. The types and techniques of data collection used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use descriptive analysis to then be carried out. Based on the analytical technique regarding the Implementation of the Duties of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling the installation of banners, billboards and billboards, the researchers assessed and concluded that the implementation of the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling the installation of banners, billboards and billboards was "Enough Implemented".
