Abstract
This research was carried out for 21 days at the Faculty of Fish Seed Center (BBI) Faculty of Agriculture Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru. The method used is the experimental method uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatment and 3 replications namely: P0 = Without giving MOL golden snail (control), P1 = 1 time daily, P2 = 2 times daily, P3 = 3 times of giving in a day and P4 = 4 times giving in a day. Test fish used is a 4 day old baung fish larvae with an average weight 0.075 gr and an average length of 0.4 cm. Baung fish larvae are obtained from Mr. Sadarlis's hatchery in Kampar Kiri District, Kampar District. The containers used in the 10 liter capacity jar are 15. From the results the study obtained an average survival of P0 = 48%, P1 = 75%, P2 = 81%, P3 = 85% and P4 = 89%. Average growth of absolute weight P0 = 0.151 gr, P1 = 0,285 gr, P2 = 0,328 gr, P3 = 0,376 gr and P4 = 0,414 gr. Average absolute length growth P0 = 1.5 cm, P1 = 1.8 cm, P2 = 2.1 cm, P3 = 2.4 cm and P4 = 2.7 cm. The average daily weight growth rate P0 = 5.322%, P1 = 7,685%, P2 = 8,268%, P3 = 8,815% and P4 = 9,258%. Analysis of MOL content golden snail, which is found by Lactobacillus sp. as much as 4.00,000 cfu / ml and protein content of 8.0420% and fat 0.6890% and water content of 82.666%. Water quality parameters are: Temperature 24 - 32 oC, pH 4.7 - 5.9, Dissolved oxygen 4.0 - 5.6 ppm and Ammonia 0.076 - 0.193 ppm.
