Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine whether there is a contribution of agility to dribbling skills in football extracurricular students at Taruna Satria Pekanbaru Vocational School. This type of research is a correlation study with the population of all football extracurricular students at Taruna Satria Pekanbaru Vocational School with a population of 25 people. Sampling data in this study are random samples. The sample is the entire population of 25 people. The instrument used was the sagility test and the herding test. Then the data is processed statistically, with the product moment correlation formula and the t distribution fosrmula to find out the significant or no relationship at the significant level of 0.05α. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a contribution between agility to the ability to drive extracurricular football students from Taruna Satria Pekanbaru Vocational School. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that there is a contribution to the ability to lead students extracurricular football Taruna Satria Vocational School Pekanbaru. Where is obtained r count = 0,45> r table = 0,423 with a contribution of 20,25%
