Abstract

Over time the production of a well productivity will decrease due to a decrease in pressure.One stage of production involves the process of transporting fluids in the flowline at surface facilities that the fluid produced flows in the flowline at the surface facility will usually experience considerable heat loss due to the transfer to a cooler environment that can cause the fluid to flow inefficiently in the pipe resulting in dynamic flow.The purpose of this study is to find out the parameters that affect when dynamic conditions occur and analyze several research scenarios in order to determine optimal conditions. In this study, the fluid that has been produced on the surface from the wellhead to be transported to SPB17 has a distance of up to ±13 km.The problem occurs in the flowline of SP.B4 to SP.B5 with a distance of 6530 m.The results of this dynamic phase study occurred from the beginning of the simulation run up to 0.54 hours or 54 minutes of the 6 hours the simulation was run and obtained pressure parameters are the most influential parameters when dynamic conditions take place and Scenario 6 is the optimal condition in the flowline of the dynamic phase selected pressure and temperature with a pressure decrease of 22.2 psia, temperature of 6.8 °C and increase in Total Liquid Volume by an average of 632.5 Bbl/d from normal conditions of 522 Bbl/d
