Ahmad Yani Street is one of the dense urban areas with trade and service activities, education, health, and offices as a result of the high human movement. So the existence of pedestrian facilities should be needed for the smoothness of traffic and for the convenience of pedestrians. To determine a comfortable pedestrian path, a service level calculation is required. The level of service will show the utilization rate of the pedestrian path such as a good and comfortable and effective path for pedestrians. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of service (Level Of Service) of pedestrian lane facilities in the corridor of Jalan Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru City The research method used is descriptive qualitative. In analyzing the level of service, the level of service method is used based on referencesstandard Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) 2000. Meanwhile, to analyze pedestrian facilities based on the standards of the Minister of Public Works Regulation Number: 03 / PRT / M / 2014. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done pedestrian lanes on the west side and on the east side have different sizes and uneven and textured track surfaces in some segments. The condition of the supporting element is quite complete for segment 1 and segment 2 but is not utilized and treated properly, while segment 3 has no development of supporting elements. The results of the analysis showed that existing condition and service levels on pedestrian lanes have an effect on walking comfort, narrow lane conditions and are utilized by street vendors and unstable service levels. From the findings formulated a better arrangement of pedestrian lanes in the form of arrangement of pedestrian lighting lights, seating, trash cans, stops, safety fences, drainage, green lanes and improvements in the width of pedestrian lanes, construction of markers and signs as well as the construction of pedestrian lanes for disabilities along with improvements to the surface material of pedestrian paths are more maximal and in accordance with existing standards and regulations for the comfort and ideally pedestrian lanes.
