Abstract
The centralization of facilities and infrastructure in urban areas, Siak Sri Indrapura City as the center of Siak Regency goverment, makes plantation and agricultural production centers which are generally located in areas far from the city center tend to experience difficulties in obtaining services from economic facilities and their intractions are very limited to these service centers. This then has an impact on the occurrance of imbalances between urban and rural areas as supporting areas which are geographically quite difficult to reach. Data analysis in this study was carried out using three analyzes, they are (i) analysis of the Shcalogram and the Centrality Index District that have the potential to gtowth and areas of influence (Hinterland) from the completeness of facilities and infratructure, (ii) Centraly Index analysis based on Konig and Shimbell to determine the level of connectivity between each District, (iii) Gravity analysis to determine the strength of the intraction of each District. The result showed, (i) sub-district that have the potential as the main growth centers, they are Siak District. Tualang District, Kandis District and Kerinci Kanan District as the second growth center, and Sungai Apit District, Sabak Auh District, Mempura District, and Minas District as the thrid growth center. (ii) The sub-district that has the highest level of conectivity is the Mempura District. (iii) The District with the highest interaction strength is the Tualang District with an interaction value of 63.724.568 interaction units. The difference in the results of each analysis occurs based on the variables and characteristics that determine each analysis technique used, such as the number of facilities and infrastructure, population and distance.
