Abstract

Utilization Of Instagram As An ELF (Ever Lasting friend) In Pekanbaru City Yosiatna Amini 159110018 This study aims to find out and explain how the ELF community in the city Pekanbaru is promoting the community to be better known by many audiences by utilizing social media called Instagram. Instagram is a media social that is loved by people around the world. Promoting a product, service or community using Instagram is very easy to do. Can save time, costs and space. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Informants in this study were 4 people taken from ELF Pekanbaru leaders & founder, ELF Pekanbaru social media admins, ELF Pekanbaru community members, and ELF Pekanbaru community followers.
