Abstract

This research was conducted at the Investment Office and Integrated Services of One Door Pekanbaru City, as well as the management community in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted with the aim of (1) To study the application of E-Government in Improving E-Service in the Investment Office and One Stop Integrated Service in Pekanbaru City, (2) To find out the factors that influence the implementation of EGovernment in Improving E-Service at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then, the data analysis used in this study is a quantitative descriptive study. The population and sample in this study consisted of (1) Employees of the Investment and Integrated Services Office of One Door in Pekanbaru City (2) the community of business owners in Pekanbaru City which was then in make a sample using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the following results are obtained: 1) The implementation of services provided by DPMPTSP is still not optimal, this can be seen from the responses of respondents to each service quality indicator, indicating that there are still many people who need a well-implemented service. 2) The implementation of E-Government by DPMPTSP Pekanbaru is still unable to improve services in Pekanbaru City DPMPTSP, because it still improves various coordination. With the help of DPMPTSP are as follows: the ability of employees who are still lacking, the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, the quality of the network to support service involvement, as well as the community's understanding of services that are considered online are still poor
