Abstract
This study aims to determine the results and inhibiting factors Analysis of the Implementation of Marriage Book Handling Services at the Office of Religious Affairs in Kerumutan District. Service evaluation indicators used include service procedures, turnaround time, completion costs, service products, and infrastructure. The type of research that is located in the District of Kerumutan Pelalawan Regency is a quantitative descriptive collected in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation in accordance with the research objectives. There were 3 populations in the sample in this study, namely the Head of KUA, staff employees and the community who carried out the marriage certificate, while the staff consisted of 3 people and the community numbered 16 people. The sampling technique used in the study is to use saturated or census sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members are sampled. Types of data collection consist of primary data and secondary data. While data analysis techniques are clarified with the results of interviews, questionnaires, observations and documentation of the data are processed and analyzed to clarify the research objectives, then compared with theories related to the title of the study to conclude that the Implementation of Marriage Book Handling Services is still less than optimal. Recommendations that need to be considered are especially related to adding fans in the waiting room so as to increase the comfort of the community while waiting for the service process to take place and install wifi so that when inputting data there are no obstacles in the network.
