The sidewalks are designed specifically for the smooth movement of pedestrians and bicycles with excellent safety, safety and comfort standards. Problems that occur because the sidewalks switch functions to become a business place for street vendors, vehicle parking lots, poor sidewalk conditions, and do not have enough lighting. The purpose of this study was to determine the pedestrian attention factor and determine the level of service and comfort of the pedestrian path. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires that are asked directly to respondents. Data analysis using the Factor Analysis Method and testing using the SPSS program. From the research results that pedestrians feel uncomfortable and safe when walking on the sidewalk because of many other activities, as well as the placement of road utilities that block movement.
