Abstract
The achievement of company goals does not only depend on modern equipment, complete facilities and infrastructure, but rather depends more on the people who carry out the work. The successful key of an organization is strongly influenced by the individual performance of their employees. Every organization and company always trying to improve employee work performance, hopefully that the companies goals will be achieved. This study aims to determine and analyze employee productivity at PT Johan Sentosa Bangkinang Subdistrict, Kampar District. This study used a quantitative descriptive method consisted of 80 employees from all farm divisions. Data collecting used questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used percentage analysis. The results of the study concluded that the ability indicator gets a percentage by 91% classified as good, the improving of the achieved gets a percentage by 50% classified quite good, the morale indicator gets a percentage by 67% classified as good, the self-improvement indicator gets a percentage by 73% classified as good, the quality indicator gets a percentage by 63% classified quite good, and the efficiency indicator gets a percentage by 81% classified quite good.
