The results of the analysis show that the average level of maturity achieved by construction companies in Pekanbaru is the Maturity Phase (maturity stage) seen from the fulfillment of each stage of the maturity level cycle, indicating it is above the specified maturity cycle value ie> 6. For the Embryonic Phase 17,2, Executive Phase is 16.1, Line Management Phase is 15.73, Growth Phase is 17.27, and Maturity Phase is 16.67, and for the average percentage of project management maturity level in contractor companies are included in the category of Very Good, that is 83%.
