Abstract
Level of Physical Condition of Students of Puti Swallow PencakSilat at the Joint Gymnasium, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of the physical condition of the Puti Swallow PencakSilat Students at the Joint Gymnasium, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The population taken in this study were students of PencakSilat Swallow Puti in the Gabungan Center, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, totaling 17 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling, in which the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is to provide a value for each score obtained from each test item, done by notating the test score with the assessment norm. Based on the analysis of the answer data presented and the findings obtained from this study, it was concluded that of the 17 students who were sampled 4 students were in poor physical condition, 11 students were in sufficient physical condition and 2 students were in good physical condition. So that the level of physical condition of the students of PencakSilat Swallow Puti in the Joint Gymnasium of Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, is in the Enough category.
