Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and analyze employee job satisfaction at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Pekanbaru Branch. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population and samples taken were 37 employees of the marketing department. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. This research was carried out with a descriptive method. The conclusion in this study is that the job satisfaction variable is in the good category. Employees already feel job satisfaction while working, which is seen from work that is in accordance with their level of education and abilities so that they feel comfortable at work.
