Abstract
ABSRACT This research was conducted to see the suitability of the application of accounting with generally accepted accounting principles PantiAsuhan At-Tan,im at the Duri. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation, while the source of the data from this study came from notes and written documents provided by PantiAsuhan at the Duri.Starting from the recording of incomingand out going money until the last one compiles financial reports consisting of incomeand balance sheets.The results of this research are PantiAsuhan At-Tan,im at the Duri in the process of recording fixed assets do not show the book value and Panti Asuhan AtTan’im the Duri only prepares a Balance Sheet, Income Statement and does not prepare Activity Reports, Cash Flow Report sand Records Top Financial Statements. Based on the research conducted by the author , it can be concluded that the application of accounting Panti Asuhan At-Tan,imat the Duri is not in accor dance with General Accep table Accounting Principles.
