Abstract

The Effectiveness of Full Day School Implementation in Pekanbaru City Education Office (Case Study SMP Kartika 1-5 Suka Mulia Sail District, Pekanbaru City) M. Fajar Ramadhan Npm. 137110416 Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of Full Day School in Pekanbaru City Education Office (Case Study of SMP Kartika 1-5, Suka Mulia, Kecamaan Sail, Pekanbaru City). The assessment indicators used include program success, target success, program satisfaction, input and output levels, and overall goal achievement. This type of research which is located in the Education Office and SMP Kartika 1-5 is a quantitative research. The numerical data comes from the results of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research data comes from primary data obtained through the results of questionnaires and research interviews. Then secondary data in the form of literature books and the internet according to the required data. Data analysis is presented in the form of a written description, which will be analyzed using descriptive or elaboration methods. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the total score is dominated by 19 scores of effective respondents' answers with a percentage of 56.37%. Some conclusions The full day school program at SMP Kartika 1-5 Suka Mulia is considered sufficient to provide an alternative for parents, especially those who are busy with work. The full day school program at SMP Kartika 1-5 Suka Mulia is good enough for students because of its interesting activities. There was an increase in the number of students who registered and the achievements of students whose schools implemented the full day school program.
