Abstract

Transportation technology plays a vital role in people's lives, one of which is the train. The role of transportation has many positive impacts, but there are many other negative effects, one of which is an accident due to manual operation of railroad latches. With the railroad latch controller based on the arduino uno microcontroller, it changes the manual railroad crossing door operating system to be automatic and controlled with certain components. NodeMCU Esp8266 is a monitoring tool that receives Telegram notifications after ultrasonic sensors and vibration sensors detect a train's arrival.
