Abstract
The research conducted by the author is a micro, small and medium business that is an electronics and electricity shop in Tembilahan sub-district. To manage the finances of an electronics and electricity shop business in Tembilahan sub-district requires the knowledge and basis for proper accounting records to control or maximize its operating profit. The purpose of this study is to find out how the accounting application carried out by electronic and electrical shop entrepreneurs in Tembilahan sub-district, is it appropriate or already applied the basic accounting concepts as set out in SAK EMKM. In addition, this study also aims to find out how important and how the process of applying accounting in the electronics and electricity store business in Tembilahan sub-district. The author uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using structured interview techniques, documentation and observation. Based on the results of research and discussion on the Analysis of Application of Accounting in Electronic and Electrical Stores in Tembilahan District, it can be said that it is not in accordance with the accounting concepts regulated according to SAK EMKM.
