Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at PT. tri bakti sarimas (TBS), kuantan singingi regency. the sample in this study amounted to 57 employees in the processing section using saturated or census sampling methods, data processed using IBM SPSS 23.0 as a research analysis tool. this research uses descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis. based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (together) the compensation and work environment variabels significantly influence employee morale, while partially the compensation and work environment variabels also have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. the magnitude of contribution given by the compensation and work enviroment variabels to employee morale is shown by the R square determination coefficient (R2) of 0.610 or 61% while 49% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.
