Abstract
this resesrch was conduted to find out and analyze employee job satifaction and origanizational commitment at pt. agung automall sutomo pekanbaru branch and its influence. this research was conducted with quantitative descriptive methods using primary data and secondary data obtained through interview or interview and research questionnaries. respondents taken ware 37 employees of marketing devision as research samples. from the results of the study note that job satisfaction affects the organizational commitment variabel at pt. agung automall sutomo pekanbaru branch.
