Abstract

Good quality of training makes the satisfaction level will be good too. The purpose of this research is to find out how well the quality of Ministry of Islamic Riau University Library, to analyze the influence of quality of the library services to the satisfaction level of students of Riau Islamic University. The type of research that authors use is descriptive using a quantitative approach. The number of population in this study was 63,336 students and samples were used as many as 100 students. To determine the number of samples using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the quality of the library servers in both categories and the test results of significance showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the quality of the library service to the level of student satisfaction at the Islamic University of Riau.
