Abstract
The 'AF' well is a production well which has three production intervals at depths of 1775-1778 ', 1781-1796' and 1853-1864 '. This well has stopped production since October 3, 2013. The cause of the stop in production of this well is due to the increasing production of water. So to develop this well, a squeeze of interval must be done to the old production zone and reperforation will be done at several intervals. In carrying out this well development work, it is necessary to consider several aspects, including energy efficiency and cost.during the cyclic water injection, the water injection rate is carried out alternately between the high injection rate and the injection is stopped, with the same cumulative injection water as continuous water injection that for this method feasible to apply. From this study, incremental oil production cumulative was 7.632%, incremental gas production rates were 2.043% and watercut 1.53% decreased. The novelty of this study is to increase production with minimal effort and risk. The methodology used in this thesis is the field methodology which are include the estimated thickness of the cement that will fill the well, Squeeze of interval design calculations which include the calculation of the volume of cement slurry and additive data used and Technical Drill Out Cement calculations include calculation of drilling elements from Use of Bowen Power Swivel tools and cost efficiency in using bowen power swivels and rotary tables during work. From the calculation results obtained are the thickness of the cement filling the well at 439 ft, the total volume of the slurry of cement 21.50 bbls, the WOB of 19.457 lb / ft, the RPM of 45 rpm, the ROP of 806.81 ft / hrs and the CPF of 9580 US$/ft. In terms of cost, the use of Bowen Power Swivel requires a fee of 2673.43 US$ while the use of a rotary table is 20776.51 US$. Then the difference in cost or savings of 12103.08 US$. And it can be concluded that the use of Bowen Power Swivel in terms of cost is more efficient.
