Abstract
This study aims to prove the effect of supervision and job satisfaction on employee work discipline in the production department at PT.Sari Lembah Subur. This study uses primary and secondary data derived from 35 samples with a sampling method that is random sampling which is a production department employee at PT.Sari Lembah Subur. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of the SEM SMARTPLS 3.2.8 model. Types of instruments such as job satisfaction, promotion satisfaction and salary satisfaction increase employee discipline. This can happen because the company always maximizes job satisfaction provided to its employees. And the results of this study are that supervision has a significant effect on the work discipline of the production department employees at PT.Sari Lembah Subur, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work discipline of the production department employees at PT.Sari Lembah Subur.
