Abstract

Travel Karya Maju is an inter-city transportation service company in Riau province, due to very rapid technological developments, so that every service company is required to maximize effective and efficient service. Therefore, Karya Maju Travel, which still uses the old method of service, develops an android-based ticket and hotel booking system in order to maximize more effective and efficient service which is a function of the mobile itself. The results of the implementation of the system that have been tested by the community, have answers Very Good 50.4%, Good 40.4%, Fairly 7.2%, and Not Good 2%.
