Abstract
Pekanbaru is a city dubbed as the city of Madani. However, the rapid development of the city of Pekanbaru cannot be avoided from the increasing number of private vehicles that are not proportional to the number of existing roads, causing the congestion level in Pekanbaru to increase and the scenery to be unpleasant due to the random traffic. In connection with this congestion problem, the Pekanbaru city government launched an environmentally friendly, comfortable and safe transportation, namely the Mass Public Transport (SAUM) and was named Trans Metro Pekanbaru. With the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus, it is hoped that it will be a much better solution than existing urban transportation and be able to absorb private vehicle users to switch to using public transportation. However, in 2017 online motorcycle taxis began operating and became a new competitor in the city of Pekanbaru. People are starting to leave the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus transportation and switch to using online motorcycle taxi transportation. Therefore, it is necessary to build an application to determine the level of satisfaction of users of Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus transportation. With this application, the final result of the classification of data mining to determine the level of satisfaction of Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus transportation users using the Naive Bayes method to obtain knowledge in the form of patterns of satisfaction levels for Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus transportation users, namely students at the Islamic University of Riau. Testing the accuracy of the application that was built has a very good performance with 200 training data with 33 testing data having a percentage of 100% and the application assessment questionnaire having a percentage of 89.20635%, so that the classification of the satisfaction level on the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus is feasible to implement.
