Abstract

Technological developments of internet is increasing. It is directly proportional to the number of internet users that also increased. To meet the need for internet on each user's, one of the techniques that can be used is load balancing. Load balancing is a technique to combine and use 2 or more lanes of internet connection and balance the load between the two pathways of internet connection. In this final duty, the main problem to be discussed is to prove that Nth load balancing method and PCC load balancing method is appropriate with the existing theory. Implementation of both methods performed on a network and the analysis will be conducted on bandwidth transmission and traffic loading between two internet connection lane after each method is executed. By looking at the test results like a download speed, upload speed and do a internet browsing so it will be obtained the proof that is it true if Nth load balancing method will stabilize connection speed and if PCC load balancing method will stabilize connection path which traversed by client.
