Abstract
Children’s Social Rehabilitation Center Requires Special Protection Rumbai is a center that carries out function to carry out assessments, social rehabilitation, social advocacy, implementation of monitoring and evaluation of children, mapping of data, and information on children who need special protection. Every child who is in conflict with the law must get protection and service in accordance with Law Number 12 concerning the juvenile criminal justice system. Beneficiaries are groups of children in conflict with the law both perpetrators, witnesses, and victims. Monitoring as one of the functions of BRSAMPK Rumbai that must be implemented to see the development of good behavior of beneficiaries, encourage the formation of a web-based beneficiary monitoring application. Beneficiary monitoring application is implemented based on system analysis and design. The application is built using the CodeIgniter framework and the waterfall model SDLC method has the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing uses black box testing which is tested based on functionality requirements table with the results of all functions running according to needs. Based on the test results with the application questionnaire obtained a percentage value of 90% which shows the results of "Very Good" from 20 respondents to 5 questions.
