Abstract
Water is a natural resource that is the main component in meeting the needs and survival of living things, especially for human life. The purpose of this study were too knowing the distribution and direction of groundwater, the feasibility of groundwater quality based on physical and chemical parameters, as well as groundwater facies at 20 dug well stations. The research area has 2 stations with clear groundwater, 5 brown stations, 3 yellow stations, 10 cloudy stations, 2 smelly stations, 18 odorless stations, 4 tasteless stations, 16 iron taste stations, the temperature is in 28oC – 29oC, 9 stations with TDS value < 500mg/l, 11 stations with TDS value > 500 mg/l, DHL value between 438.5 – 2494 S/cm, 1 station with pH > 6.5, 19 stations with pH <6.5. Groundwater suitable for consumption is 1 station and groundwater that meets water standards for sanitation is 1 station. Groundwater facies based on the Kurlov classification, Stiff diagram, and Piper diagram are divided into 2 groups, the groundwater facies group of Na(K) Cl(SO4) type and the groundwater facies group of Cl + SO4 type.
