Abstract
Construction activities often experience many problems in their execution. The problems that often arise in the implementation of construction among other is costs that are uncontrolled, the time that is not on schedule, and quality is not as expected. These problems are caused by a lack of control over costs, time, and quality. Control of these three things is interrelated so that it must be done at the same time, therefore making scheduling is very necessary to control, run and evaluate each job based on the sequence and time of work that has been previously planned. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of comparison between BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. Then to find out the cost and time variants, as well as the project cost and time performance. This study uses the Earned Value Concept method which is a control method used to control project costs and schedules in an integrated manner. The variant emphasized here is to investigate deviations in costs or implementation schedules that have been planned or determined. If the performance figures are reviewed further, the performance index numbers are less than one (<1), and (> 1) which means that the greater the deviation from the basic planning or budget, or the performance of the work is very good, it is necessary to assess whether planning is not realistic. From the results of the application of the Earned Value Concept until the 8th week, BCWS values were obtained amounted to Rp.1,219,288,810.70, BCWP values amounted to Rp.873,046,504.00, and the ACWP value amounted to Rp.869,907,504.98. Then, the Variance value for time is obtained by the value of SV (-) amounted to - Rp.346.242.306.70 and the value of CV with a value amounted to + Rp.3,138,999.02, (+) which means the implementation costs are smaller than the budget. Based on the analysis obtained a value (SPI) was 0.47, which means that until the 8th week the project has been delayed. CPI value was 1.004. Where the CPI value> 1 means good performance because the costs incurred are smaller than the budgeted costs.
