Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and Analyze the Quality of Uir Attitude Service on Student Satisfaction Case Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Riau and to determine whether the Customer Quality of Uir Attitude and which variable is more dominant influences Student Decisions. Respondents were 100 students from the Economics faculty of Riau Islamic University. Sampling in this study is using probability sampling with simple random samples, while the data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative methods that use primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and research questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of Uir Attitude Services, an effect on Student Satisfaction. Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Riau.
