Abstract

Tilapia Hatchery Agribusiness System in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. Under the guidance of Dr.Ir. Marliati, M.si. The increase in the need for fish encourages people to benefit from the fish that the nutritional needs for health are good for consumption for children to educate and reduce nutritional deficiencies in humans. This research aims to: (1) characteristics of tilapia seed entrepreneurs, (2) subsystem of tilapia seed production facilities, (3) tilapia seed farming subsystem, (4) tilapia fish seed business marketing subsystem. The method used in this research is a survey method. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City based on the consideration that in this city there are tilapia seed entrepreneurs. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from July to December 2019. The results showed that the average age of tilapia seed entrepreneurs was 48 years, average high school education, average farming experience 15.6 years and the average number of dependents. family of 4 souls. The profile of the tilapia seed business is a very good effort to do because of the temperature factor in Pekanbaru, which has a tropical climate and this business employs 2-3 people. The average tilapia seed business is arguably the main business because of the low production. Look at the 6T indicators: right type, right quality, right quantity, right place, right price, on time. From the 6 indicators, the average percentage in the 6T indicator is seeds (77.77%), feed (77.77%), pesticides (83.33%) and other equipment (77.77%). The farming subsystem analyzes the production costs of tilapia seed entrepreneurs in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City with an average of Rp. 2,676,318 / production and Rp. 16,057,910 / year ,. Where the average production of tilapia seed entrepreneurs in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City is 20,000 heads. The efficiency of tilapia seed entrepreneurs in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City is 1.72, meaning that each capital is Rp. 1, - gets a net income of Rp. 0.72. The marketing subsystem consists of one channel where the cultivator goes to the agent and the cultivator to the final consumer and the percentage of the cost of the cultivation farmer is 46.2% with a total cost used of Rp.77.6 / head, profit profit of Rp. 39.0 or 18 , 0% and a total margin of Rp. 116.6 / head of the selling price, and marketing efficiency of 35.8%.
