Abstract

research with the title "Fungicide Dose Test Active Propineb and Application Time for Fusarium Growth oxysporum sp. In Vitro. This research has been carried out at the Station Fish Quarantine, Quality Control and Safety of Class I Fisheries Pekanbaru, Jl. Rawa Indah Pekanbaru. This research is planned for three month, from November to January 2020. Research objectives is to find out the effect of giving a dose of an active ingredient fundicide propineb and application time to the growth of Fusarium oxysporum sp in vitro. The design used in conducting this research is Factorial Complete Randomized Design (CRD) using 2 factors, factors The first dose of fungicide consisting of 3 levels (F), namely: 700 ppm, 1700 ppm and 2700 ppm and the second factor is the inoculation time consisting of 3 stages there were 9 combinations of treatments with 3 replications so there were 27 units of the experiment. Each trial unit consisted of 2 petridish plates which were inoculated and made into a sample of 54 petridish dishes. The observation parameter is day effective formation of colonies, colony diameters, conidia length of Fusarium fungus oxysporum, the inhibitory growth of Fusarium oxysporum, and macroscopic and microscopic identification of Fusarium oxysporum. If F count greater than F table, then continued BNJ test at 5% level. Based on the results of research that has been conducted concluded as following: The interaction of the treatment of propineb concentration and application time have an effect of all observational parameters, where the best treatment is concentration propineb 2700 ppm and concurrent application of propineb (F3S2). Main influence real propineb concentration on all parameters of observation, treatment best propineb concentration of 2700 ppm (F3). The main effect of application time evident from all observational parameters, the best treatment together Propineb (S2) application.
