Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interactions and the main administration of several combinations of urea, TSP, KCl and palm oil long ash to the growth and production of shallots. This research uses a completely randomized factorial design (RAL) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the administration of several combinations of Urea, TSP, KCl fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, (8.3 g / Urea plot + 3.4 g / TSP plot + 3.4 g / KCl plot), (16.8 g / plot Urea + 6.8 g / TSP plot + 6.8 g / KCl plot), (25.2 g / Urea plot + 10.2 g / TSP plot + 10.2 KCl) and the second factor is the oil palm long ash consists of 4 levels, 0.4 kg / plot, 0.8 kg / plot, 1.2 kg / plot, performed 3 replications so that 48 plots are obtained. Each plot consisted of 25 plants and 5 of them were used as observation samples so there were 1200 plants in total. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers per clump, age of harvest, wet weight per clump, dry weight per clump, tuber weight per clump, and soil acidity. The last observation data was analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results of the study showed that by interacting administration of several combinations of Urea, TSP, KCl, and palm oil long ash effect on the number of clumps of leaves, age of harvest, number of tubers of clumps, wet weight of tubers of clumps, dry weight of tubers of clumps, shrinkage of tuber weight of clumps. The best treatment is Urea fertilizer 16.8 g / plot + TSP 6.8 g / plot + KCl 6.8 g / plot and palm oil long ash 0.4 kg / plot. The main effect of giving several combinations of Urea, TSP, KCl fertilizer affect all parameters observed with the best treatment is the administration of 16 urea, 8 g / plot + TSP 6.8 g / plot, KCl 6.8 g / plot. The main effect of the administration of oil palm ash ash affects all parameters observed, with the best treatment on the provision of oil palm long ash 0.4 kg / plot.
