Abstract

research entitled "Effect of Cow Blood and Rhizoka on Growth and Production of Soybean Plants (Glycine max L.)". The study was conducted in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution Km 11, Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The research has been carried out for five months starting from October 2019 until February 2020. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of interaction between Cow Blood and Rhizoka on the growth and production of soybeans. This research uses a completely randomized factorial design which consists of two factors. The first factor is giving Cow Blood (Factor R) consisting of 4 levels and the second factor is Rhizoka (Factor L) consisting of 4 levels so that 16 treatment combinations are obtained with 3 replications so there are 48 experimental units. Each unit consisted of 16 plants per plot and 6 plants were sampled so that the total number of plants was 768 plants. If the F count obtained is greater than the F table, then proceed with further testing Honestly Significant Difference (BNJ) at the level of 5%. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that: The interaction of giving bovine blood concentration and Rhizoka dose gives an effect on the parameters of flowering age and the amount effective nodules, with the best treatment of 150 ml / l cow blood concentration and Rhizoka dosage of 15 g / kg seed. The main effect of giving the concentration of cow's blood gives effect to all parameters observed. The best treatment of cow's blood concentration is 150 ml / l water. The main influence of rhizoka gives influence to all parameters observed. The best treatment of Rhizoka dosage is 15 g / kg of seed.
