Abstract

The officers of theSialang Bungkuk class II B prison Pekanbaru use Microsoft Excel application in their works. They include monitoring the prisoner family visits, monitoring the number of prisoners in cells, and making reports to superiors. Then, the administrative process of visits which is made by the detainee families is carried out by queuing. They must bring somethe stipulated requirements. To search the prison location spot is done manually by followingthe signpost or immediately asking to the local residents. The monitoring of the Conditional Dispensation (PB) and Conditional Leave (CB) requests which is submitted by the detainee to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) is also carried out manually. This system is designed for mobile devices with the Android operating system and uses the jQuery Mobile framework. It facilitates the prison officers tomonitor theprocess of detainee family visits, the cell monitoring, the CB and PB submissions, and make reports to superiors. The process of submitting CB and PB is also easier because it is done through it. For the community, it facilitates the registration process of visits and the search for the prison location spot because it is equipped with LBS features. The questionnaire results that have been disseminated show that the total percentage value of this system is 92.71% or interpreted as very agree.
