Abstract
Research with the title "Growth Response of Various Types of Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) Using Aquaponics System against Different Stocking Density of Red Tilapia (Oreochromis sp) in Biofloc Technology", aims to determine the interaction between the aquaponic system of tilapia stocking density red (Oreochromis sp) and various types of lettuce (Lactuca sativa) on their growth. This study used a split plot design in the form of a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of the main plot, namely the cultivation system, consisting of 4 levels, namely non-aquaponics, 50, 150 and 250 stocking density aquaponics and subplots namely various types of lettuce, consists of 4 levels, namely Grand Rapid, Lollo Rossa, Red Rapid and Mondai. So there are 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications and 2 of them are samples. Thus it consisted of 48 experimental units with a total of 144 plants. The data were analyzed statistically and continued with the honest significant difference test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction response of various types of lettuce using the aquaponic system of stocking density of red tilapia was significant for all observation parameters with the best treatment being 250 head of stocking density and Grand Rapid lettuce. The main effect of the aquaponic system on the stocking density of red tilapia was real on all parameters with the best treatment being a stocking density of 250 fish. The main effect of the growth of various types of lettuce was real on all parameters observed with the best treatment of lettuce type Grand Rapid.
