Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the interaction between NASA and Grand-K POC on the growth and production of sweet potato plants. The research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution, No. 113, Km 11, Airingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The research was conducted for 5 months from April to August 2020. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is NASA's POC consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely 0, 3, 6, and 9 ml / l of water. The second factor was Grand-K which consisted of 4 levels of treatment, namely 0, 5, 10, and 15 g / plant, so that there were 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications and 48 experimental bunds were obtained. Each bund consisted of 4 plants and 2 sample plants. The last observation data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA). If F count is greater than F table, then continue the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between NASA and Grand-K POC had a significant effect on tuber weight per tuber, tuber weight per plant, tuber weight per bundle, wet stump weight, tuber dry weight and yield index. The best treatments were NASA POC 6 ml / l water and Grand-K 10 g / plant. The main effect of NASA's POC was significant for all parameters. The best treatment is NASA POC 6 ml / l water. The main effect of Grand-K was significant for all parameters. The best treatment is Grand-K 10 g / plant.
