Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction and main effect of Palm Oil Mill Liquid Waste (LCKS) and various types of Super Nasa fertilizer on the growth and production of red okra. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Pekanbaru, from October 2020 to February 2021. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is Palm Oil Mill Liquid Waste (LCKS) consisting of 4 levels, namely doses of 0, 100, 200, 300 cc per liter of water. while the second factor is various types of Super Nasa fertilizer which consists of 4 levels, namely Without Super Nasa, POP Super Nasa 10 grams per liter of water, POC Nasa 10 cc per liter of water, Hormonic Nasa 6 cc per liter of water with 3 replications, so there are 16 treatment combinations, there are 48 experimental units. Each unit consisted of 4 plants and 2 of them were observed sample plants, so the total number of plants was 192 stems. Parameters for observing plant height, flowering age, harvesting age, fruit weight, number of fruit, number of remaining fruit and harvest index. The results of the observations were carried out by analysis of variance, tested for honest real difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the interaction of LCKS and various types of Super Nasa fertilizer significantly affected the parameters of flowering age, harvest age, number of fruits per plant and harvest index. The best treatment is LCKS 300 cc per liter of water and POC Super Nasa (L3P2). The main effect of LCKS was real on all observation parameters, the best treatment was LCKS 300 cc per liter of water (L3). The main effect of various types of Super NASA fertilizer was real on all observation parameters, the best treatment was POC Super Nasa (P2).
