Abstract

The background of this research is the rapid development of business at this time, and almost every day we re involved in the business world such as purchasing goods or services. Currently, business competition must be open or transparent and consistent in meeting the needs of consumers. One of the service industries that are currently developing in the community is the tourism service industry or Tour & Travel. In the development of the service industry, especially Tour & Travel tourism service, t this time it is very ttrctive for Tour & Travel entrepreneurs to further improve services on Tour & Travel services that they can increase the number of pilgrims plus enthusiasm from people who are competing to perform holy worship. Therefore researchers are interested in researching the marketing communication strategy of PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel in increasing the number of pilgrims From the result of the research, the researchers found that marketing communication strategy are very important to increase the number of pilgrims both in terms of promotions, services and facilities provided, therefore it is very important when we have a mature marketing communication strategy in order to run the company optimally
