Abstract

Regional Regulation Number 49 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 06 of 2015 concerning the Arrangement and Control of Telecommunications Operations in Simpang Baru Panam Village, Pekanbaru City. Analysis of the data in this study is to use quantitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques that describe and summarize the analysis variables that exist on the object of this study. Based on the data discussed in the previous chapter, it shows that the internet administration policy in the Simpang Baru Panam Kelurahan of Pekanbaru City is quite good. This can be seen from the responses of 46% of respondents stated that it was quite good, and included in the category quite well. The barriers issued by the Civil Service in controlling the internet in the Simpang Baru Panam Kelurahan in the City of Pekanbaru are as follows: Lack of cooperation of internet shop owners, internet shop owners have known about the regulation so that it can still be transferred. The limited human and financial resources of the Satpol PP, the limited human and financial resources of the Satpool PP make supervision unable to be carried out continuously or 1x24 hours depending on the lot regarding other public order making this game not handled by the most powerful parties
