Abstract

Strategy is a tool used to achieve the final goal or target, but the strategy is not just a plan. Strategy is a plan that is put together, the strategy of binding all parts of the company into one. The strategy is comprehensive, the strategy covers all important aspects in all companies. The strategy is integrated, all parts of the plan are compatible with each other and are compatible. Whereas tourism shares various kinds of tourism activities and is supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, entrepreneurs, government of the regional government. The problem that arises is the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of tourism objects to attract visitors, this is also one of the disadvantages of Tesso Nilo National Park tourism. the purpose of the study was to find out how the development strategy of Tesso Nilo National Park Tourism Object in Increasing Pelalawan District's Original Revenue.”This type of research is a qualitative descriptive survey with the research location of the Pelalawan District Office of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports. Types and sources of data used primary data and secondary data, while collecting data through observations, surveys, and research interviews. After the data is obtained and then grouped according to type, then the data is analyzed and connected with theories in the form of description so that conclusions can be taken. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Development Strategy of Tesso Nilo National Park Tourism Object in Increasing Pelalawan District's Original Regional Income has been quite successful. The strategy is to carry out development and maintenance programs for the facilities or facilities of the Tesso Nilo National Park, procurement of shopping places for tourists visiting Tesso Nilo National Park, promotion systems that are already quite well done such as the internet, social media and the introduction of beauty or panoramic views of the park nasioanal tesso nilo through photos and videos.
